We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, due to variations in screen brightness, color profiles, and device calibration, printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this normal variation.

Custom Product Final Sale Policy

Because all of our canvas prints are custom-made from customer-supplied images, all sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or printed in error.

Customer-Supplied Image Responsibility

By uploading any image or artwork, you represent and warrant that:

· You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.

· The image does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, publicity, or privacy rights.

· You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deal Omega LLC from any claims arising from the images you upload.

Image Quality & Cropping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

· Low-resolution or poor-quality images.

· Improper cropping or composition.

· Blurry, dark, or underexposed photos.

· Artistic choices inherent in your uploaded image.

· Any typos, spelling errors, or other content errors contained within your submitted image.

We print based on the file you provide.

You understand that every canvas needs bleed, and “edge crop” is normal. Canvas prints require a portion of the image to wrap around the sides of the frame. Images printed with gallery wrap may result in parts of the image appearing on the sides. You are responsible for ensuring that critical details (such as faces, text, or key elements) are not placed too close to the edges.

Production & Cancellation Timing

We begin production quickly after an order is placed. We may choose, at our sole discretion, to offer a brief grace period during which orders may be canceled according to our Order Cancellation Policy. In some cases, production may begin immediately; if so, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Product Variations

You acknowledge normal and acceptable variations in:

· Canvas texture.

· Wood frame grain.

· Color warmth and appearance due to ink and material properties.

These variations do not constitute defects.

Shipping Delays, Damage & Lost Packages

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers) are beyond our control. We are not liable for delivery delays or any resulting indirect or consequential damages.

Damage or Defect Reporting

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Claims for shipping damage or product defects require photographic proof of both:

· The canvas (front and close-up of the issue), and

· The original packaging (including any visible damage).

Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence may limit or prevent our ability to process a replacement.

Lost Package Handling

If a package is suspected to be lost, we may first initiate an inquiry with the carrier. A package is generally considered lost only when the carrier confirms it as lost or when a reasonable investigation period has passed. Once a package is confirmed lost, we will gladly reprint and reship your order.

If tracking information shows a package as “Delivered,” you are responsible for checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office or carrier. In such cases, replacements may be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Reprint-Only Policy

In general, we do not offer refunds for shipped custom orders. When an item is verified as defective, damaged in transit, or lost by the carrier, our standard remedy is to provide a replacement (reprint) at no additional cost.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
